刘嘉卓，2004年出生，是中国新生代原声吉他演奏家和作曲者。
2017年，他在中国最大的原声吉他比赛WAGF中获得冠军。2024年，他凭借个人作曲作品赢得第六届欧洲吉他奖（6th European Guitar Award）冠军，成为首位获此殊荣的中国人，也是最年轻的获奖者。同年，他还在SAI Guitar Arena 2024比赛中获得第一名。
他已发行两张原创专辑《新的一天》（2019）和《17》（2021），第三张专辑预计于2025年初由德国厂牌DOCTOR HEART MUSIC出版。他的音乐风格融合爵士、放克、流行及世界音乐，技艺精湛且富有表现力。
目前，刘嘉卓在德国德累斯顿音乐学院深造，并荣获2024年德国国家奖学金（Deutschlandstipendium）。同时，他在欧洲举办音乐会，致力于用音乐讲不同类型的故事。他的作品和演奏受到包括Slash和Andy McKee 等多位国际吉他大师的高度评价。

Born in 2004, Jaco Liu is a rising Chinese acoustic guitarist and composer.
In 2017, he won first place in the WAGF, the largest acoustic guitar competition in China. In 2024, he claimed the championship at the 6th European Guitar Award with his original composition, becoming the first Chinese and the youngest recipient of this prestigious award. That same year, he also secured first place in the SAI Guitar Arena 2024 competition.
Liu has released two original albums: <A Brand New Day> (2019) and <17> (2021). His third album is set to be published in early 2025 by the German label Doctor Heart Music. His music blends elements of jazz, funk, pop, and world music, showcasing exceptional technical skill and expressive artistry.
Currently pursuing advanced studies at the Dresden University of Music in Germany, Liu was awarded the prestigious Deutschlandstipendium (German National Scholarship) in 2024. Alongside his studies, he performs concerts across Europe, using music to tell diverse stories. His compositions and performances have received high praise from international guitar masters, including Slash and Andy McKee.
