董運昌,臺灣指彈吉他(Finger-Style Guitar) 先驅,有吉他詩人之稱。現為玩耳音樂負責人,從事唱片製作、編曲 及演奏工作。

畢業於成功大學工業設計系,曾前往美國百克里(Berklee College of music) 音樂學院短期進修。求學時擔任吉他 社社長期間,除了在音樂餐廳駐唱打工以外,致力推動校 園音樂,引領一股南台灣校園音樂熱潮。於2011年創立 「吉他烏托邦」社團並舉辦「烏托邦吉他大賽」,持續推 動指彈吉他風氣。

第10屆、14屆和第16屆『金曲獎』之「最佳流行音樂演奏 專輯獎」得主。第14屆、24屆『金曲獎』之「最佳專輯製作人」提名。第22屆『金曲獎』之「演奏類最佳作曲人」 提名。

多年來持續為眾多知名歌手,如:陳綺貞、王若琳、江 蕙、蕭煌奇、許景淳、楊耀東、魏如萱、蔡依林、艾怡 良、蘇運瑩、徐佳瑩、彭佳慧、田馥甄…等編曲與錄製吉他。亦為美國知名新世紀鋼琴家凱文科恩指定合作之唯一 亞洲吉他手。

Dong Yun-Chang(Taipei)
A pioneer of fingerstyle guitar in Taiwan, is known as the “Poet of the Guitar.” Currently, he is the head of Playear Music, where he focuses on record production, arranging, and performing.

A graduate of National Cheng Kung University with a degree in Industrial Design, Dong later pursued short-term studies at the Berklee College of Music in the United States. During his university years, he served as the president of the guitar club, performing in music cafes and passionately promoting campus music. His efforts sparked a campus music wave in southern Taiwan. In 2011, he founded the “Guitar Utopia” community and organized the “Utopia Guitar Competition,” continuing to foster the growth of fingerstyle guitar culture.

Dong is a three-time winner of the “Best Popular Instrumental Album Award” at the 10th, 14th, and 16th Golden Melody Awards. He has also been nominated for “Best Album Producer” at the 14th and 24th Golden Melody Awards and “Best Composer in Instrumental Category” at the 22nd Golden Melody Awards.

Over the years, he has contributed as an arranger and guitarist for many renowned singers, including Cheer Chen, Joanna Wang, Jody Chiang, Ricky Hsiao, Sky Wu, Waa Wei, Jolin Tsai, Eve Ai, Lala Hsu, Penny Tai, Hebe Tien, and many more. He is also the only Asian guitarist chosen to collaborate with American New Age pianist Kevin Kern.
